Dear Everyone,

I have to think very deep and be as objective as possible before I email all of you.

I know you are disappointed, to say the least-- and I am equally disappointed as well with what happened to Telfund, "our business". You heard me shared with you my thoughts and convictions during trainings and seminars that I want to retire with this company because of its uniqueness and vast potential. I have made personal sacrifices as well as financial to help and assist all Sales Associates of Telfund build their business. Because my dream is not only to retire with significant residual income but to see all of you enjoying the same too.

My youngest daughter always ask me "Daddy why do you always travel? I want to go to the park and play with you", how I wish I could explain to her in detail the reasons why. With her 9 year old mind, I simply answered "because I love you and what Daddy is doing is for your future". And she frowned and she wants to ask another question, but I did not let her, I just embraced her and told her that I love her very much, and she said "I love you too, Daddy".

I have invested significant amount to be a shareholder, paid for my family's enrollment packages and committed in doing the business full-time, 100%.

I was given a chance to have a regular meeting with the management before, but I didn't see that this problem is coming. Because mostly I only participated in marketing and sales while operations is a separate discussions by the management alone. According to the management there are variety of reasons why this happened like the third party transactions, the bank is doing an audit and therefore, the company bank accounts were frozen. I was furious because this is the only business and source of income I have. I was resentful because there are many Independent Sales Associates like you that are also relying to this opportunity. I want to blame the company but at the end of the day Sales Associates are part of it too.

After listening to the CEO, during series of teleconferences, followed by his email affirming his commitment and assurances about our investments with Telfund and making sure that he will do the best he can to protect our interest, and that he is taking full responsibilities and very serious about it, and his intention to resume and grow the business. With that, I am giving him a chance as I hold my Stock Certificate with hope and I rest my case for a time being. However, based on the information I heard, normally the bank take their time in doing this kind of audit, and its open ended.

As your leader in the field and as an Independent Sales Associate like you, our intentions and desires are for us to have a better financial future, but because of what had happened that is beyond our control these goals and aspirations are on hold.

After analyzing what happened, there are two things we can do;

1. To wait - until the banks finish their audit and the company to resume operation. When? I do not know, but for sure it will take time.

2. Move on - let Telfund CEO fight the battle with the banks, and let us move on.

I have decided to move on.

The fifth batch of FSS Training in Toronto, Canada was held last June 26 at Ellen's Place Restaurant. The event was organized by certified FSS and leaders in Toronto such as Ely Torrenueva, Willie Terrado, Vicky Marayag and Imie Belanger. The FSS certification program was conducted by Joel Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer of Telfund International. After the training the participants took the exam and Joel also awarded the Stock Certificates to new shareholders of the company.

Last June 25, 2010 the first Field Sales Specialist Certification Program was held in Montreal, Quebec organized by Tito Rahman and Gerry Taculog. It was held in Telfund training center and the first part which is Business Opportunity Presentation was conducted by Ely Torrenueva, leader from Toronto and a Certified FSS as well. The FSS certification was handled by Joel Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer, after the training, there was an examination and awarding of FSS Certificates to those who passed the FSS exam last May 2010.

Telfund Toronto Volleyball Team - Wins Silver Cup Award

Over 4,000 Filipino-Canadians joined the Philippine Independence Day Council (PIDC) to celebrate Philippine National Hero - Dr. Jose Rizal's birthday and 112th year of Philippine Independence

Despite the initial scare of early morning rain, the people still came and filled the park with warm bodies. The TFI Volleyball team started playing at 10:am until the last spike at 5:15. There were 12 teams total competing for the Independence Day Cup. TFI won the first round, then the semi-final, until they went on to compete with GOOGLE TEAM for the cup!

There were many heart stopping moments, screams, and cries. But ... finally TFI got the first runner up and took the SILVER CUP home.

Our Telfund Family team joined the celebration headed by Vicky Marayag, Margie Alocilja, Marcie Bernal, Rey Bongolan, Imie Belanger, Reynold, Jojo, Jennifer, Joyce, Jocelyn, Cleofe, Reynold and other new members.

May 15, 2010 is another milestone for Toronto, Canada for hosting the 4th FSS Certification. It was well attended and many good comments and testimonies were heard.

Prior to the Field Sales Specialist Certification Program in Toronto, two hours in advance a group of Sales Associate from Montreal arrived, followed by the Hamilton group, then the Toronto Sales Associates and their guests. In other words, the meeting hall was packed two hours before the event.

Ahmad Timbo, conducted the business presentation and was facilitated by Ely Torrenueva. The testimonials of people are so encouraging that some immediately signed up upon hearing their experience with Telfund services and the opportunity it gives them to have a global business.

Then, the actual FSS certification program starts with the first speaker, Mr. Jayme Amirie, CEO followed by Joel Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer. After the presentation, all the participants took the test, and lastly the awarding of Stock Certificate to the new Shareholders.

Early morning of Sunday March 28, 2010 Ely drove from Toronto to Montreal because his mission is to train and give some updates to the Sales Associates in Montreal that was organized by Tito Rahman. The 5 hours drive is a long drive but not with Ely who is focused in his objective of updating and training the Independent Sales Associates of Montreal.

The workshop was held at Telfund Montreal training center and Ely was able to deliver the necessary punches to strike the enthusiasm and energy of the attendees. According to Tito Rahman, "this is just the beginning and Montreal is on the roll".

Tito and Ely will also organize thefirst FSS Certification program in Montreal in April which is the activity that will help the organization to be professional and well aware of the entirety of the business.

The First Field Sales Certification program in California was held in Hilton Hotel Costa Mesa and was attended by Independent Sales Associates (Founders and Star Premiers) and was a full-house. It was organized by the corporate led by Jose Flores- Director of Sales and Customer Support.

The tandem of Jayme Amirie, CEO and Joel Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer once again deliver a home-run results. The participants were all inspired, ignited and activated to engage more in the business and lead their respective team in making everyone knows that Telfund is the best Financial- Telco business in the US that provides fast money remittance service, better exchange rates, secure and reliable and most of all they can do it at the comfort of their homes.

The certification program boost the ability of the participants to be more professional, more knowledgeable and empowered to service their customers. They also learned the parameters of the AML and other important aspects of the business. as discussed by Jayme.

Field Sales Specialist Certification- Calgary

The Field Sales Specialist Certification Program is the biggest differentiator between Telfund and other companies that belong to the same industry. The main objective of this certification is to help professionalize all Independent Sales Associate (ISA) of Telfund and empower them to meet the current challenges in the Financial and Banking business.

Jayme Amirie, CEO of Telfund discussed the financial process regarding the money remittance, compliance on the Anti-Money Laundering Law, the responsibilities of the certified FSS, and other important procedural aspects of the business. The second part was handled by Joel Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer, and his discussion about leadership in the marketplace that the certified FSS should understand and execute.

The participants also took the exam for the certification and there are 10 new Certified FSS in Calgary and they are committed to have 50 participants in next months FSS certification.

As an incentive to all who passed the exam and certified, every time the they verify the ID of a customer and send $100 (min.), the FSS get $25/person.

The new Telfund Corporate Office is located at the heart of Orange County, California Business District, across the famous South Coast Mall. The office warming party was held last Saturday March 6, and was attended by guests, sales associates and friends of Telfund.

Jaymie Amirie, CEO briefed the guests about what is going on with TFI in North America and disclose to them some milestone that TFI achieve so far. The historic day for Toronto is February 27-- this is when the CEO- Jayme Amirie and Chief Global Expansion Officer- Joel Ramirez, rolled out and conducted the first Field Sales Specialist Certification. The CEO discussed the importance of this program to the Money Services Business that we are doing and let them know about the different regulations of the business. While the CGEO on the other hand discussed the Principles of Leadership that will propel the growth and stability of the organization.

After the program, Jayme awarded the Stock Certificates to our new shareholders and share with them the goals and direction of the company. The new shareholders were recognized and appreciated by the CEO.

A lot of one-on-one picture taking took place with Jayme and people in Toronto are warm and loving according to Jayme. True enough that after the program, the leadership of Toronto headed by Willie Terrado and Vicky Marayag gave both Jayme and Joel a thank you card, and the next scheduled FSS certification will be on April 10, 2010 at Holiday Inn in the City of Markham.

As a certified Field Sales Specialist, every time you verify the identity of the customer and they send money at least $100 using TFI system, the FSS will receive US$25 per person. Also the company is running a contest to all FSS to be a Scholar and be a Regional Sales Specialist where they will conduct the FSS program and they will get paid for it.

CEO, Jayme Amirie, Southern California Leader Ting Chang, and Chief Global Expansion Officer Joel Ramirez conducted a Workshop last Saturday February 13th in Rowland Heights.

The goal was to get EVERYONE in the area to become ID VERIFIED!

International remittances were in full swing and the need to get customers ID verified is necessary so that they can send money through Telfund system. Some brought their neighbors, and family who sends money to the Philippines.

The Workshop was not a business presentation, but more of Identification Verification of customers and members as part of the bank requirements.

Majority of the remittances last year from Telfund in North America went to the Philippines, the Fil-Ams, the Fil-Canadians and Filipino migrant workers seize the opportunity of using TFI money remittance system that provides better exchange rates, lower sending fees, no landing fees, and with 2,225 pick-up centers across the nation. The largest bank in the Philippines, Banco De Oro is the primary partner of TFI in providing remittance services to the Philippines.

Joe Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer last January 27, 2010 visited the Philippines and talk to the leaders in the field, and some future partners that will help TFI expansion not only in the Philippines but in Asia as well. Last January 15, 2010 a historic event took place in Holiday Inn Express in Toronto, Canada when the new Shareholders of Telfund International was awarded their Stock Certificate. These new shareholders are leaders and distributors of the company. This event has never been done, never been seen in the history of Direct Selling/ Network marketing industry that ordinary distributors were given a chance to be shareholders/ part-owners of the company.

The snow was 2ft. high and the temperature is -50F and the pine trees are covered by snow, this was the weather in Chicago, Illinois when Joel Ramirez- Chief Global Expansion Officer started to roll-out the TFI opportunity. It was Tony and Edith Amante who organized the group that meet with Joel.

Last December 2009, Edith learned the business of Telfund and call is a "blessings from above" because she was praying for a breakthrough for 2010. True enough when she shared it with the two leaders, Anita Balat and Marilyn Liwanag, they immediately jumped-in and join as GF-SPP and their excitement and enthusiasm was fueled especially after they participated from the Webinar conducted by Joel.

Leaders from Chicago realized that they are pioneering a Global Company that has a great potential to be a company to reckoned with in the near future. A company that combines a Mega-trillion dollar industry, Telecommunications and Money Remittance.

The following sessions was more exciting as the new leaders came in and join and even though there was snow outside but inside the venue, its summer time- the heat is ON. Christmas in San Francisco

This may be one of the most memorable Christmas celebration that Joel Ramirez had for many years because for the first time while enjoying the perfect weather in San Francisco with his family, a group of leaders in the area decided to surprise him and invited him for a dinner. The friendships and good rapport of Joel with Anderea Laygo (popularly known as Andex) led the San Francisco group to be more active participants in building the TFI business in California.

The Dinner was held at Boracay Garden and Grill and the authentic Filipino cuisine was served and everybody had a wonderful time in sharing their holiday experiences with big smiles and aglow in their faces. Listening to some Christmas carols, drinking hot tea, and some dessert at the end of the meal.

The leadership of Poy Gomez and Errol Arcega in Winnipeg (GF-SPP) shows that the city with 90,000 migrant Filipinos and thousands of various ethnicities are started to recognized Telfund as a company that give them a new hope for a better life.

Whereas in Calgary and Edmonton our leaders headed by Nenet Aguire, Rodel Aguire, Aileen Bulusan, and Philip Aseron were able to jump start the business and signed up a bunch of GF-SPP. And Aileen Bulusan commented "because of the potential of the business I decided to do it full-time and I know this business is God's blessings".

The small town of Grande Prairie initially you will find it too quite, have a lot of snow and seldom you will see a group of people converge. One of the initial results of the Founder's Council meeting is the aggressive participation of Founders in bringing the opportunity to the market place. Dr. Segawa, Phd. a new Council Member

Dr. Richard Segawa, Phd. is one amongst many new Founder's Council member of TelFund. Dr. Segawa is a retired Chief Engineer in the City of Glendale, and once served in the Department of the Navy as a Consultant. The Founder's Council members converge at TelFund Headquarters in Irvine, California and held their first Strategic Planning and rolled-out their action plan to aggressively expand the network presence around the country.

This event was led by Joel Ramirez, and all participants contributed their ideas, thoughts and even resources to ensure that the organization will have massive and sustainable growth. The SWOT analysis was very helpful in identifying the KRA's or Key Result Areas that needs focus.

The Council were also in unison in making a paradigm shift in the way they do business. Since most of the members were in a nutritional companies before, with inventories and shipping requirements but all of these were eliminated with Telfund. No inventory, no shipping of product and immediately we can do a global business.
