State of the Business Update

TeFund Founder and CEO, Mr. Jayme Amirie addressed the distributors who attended one of the company's regular Weekly Business Briefing in the City of Walnut and gave inspirational motivation to everybody regarding the direction of the company.

Jayme also updated all the distributors about the latest technological advancement being made by the company to establish multiple currencies, languages and more tools for the distributors to be more equip in expanding their base in the market place.

TelFund in Glendale

One of the initial results of the Founder's Council meeting is the aggressive participation of Founders in bringing the opportunity to the market place. The Glendale business meeting is a culmination of the effort and brainstorming of Founders, Fe Alejandro, Erica Lumiqued and Remy Tamayo. Other Founders also supported the event, Henry Barrientos, Bernice Jackson and Jeb Lingao who also shared his testimony during the presentation.

TelFund management are in full support of this activity, and Mr. Jose Flores- 1st Lieutenant to the CEO announced that the Glendale business meeting will be on a regular bi-weekly basis. 

Joel Ramirez conducted the presentation and inspire all Founders and their prospects about the golden opportunity they have with Telfund. The next Glendale event will be on June 3, 2009 at 7pm.

Dr. Segawa, Phd. a new Council Member

Dr. Richard Segawa, Phd. is one amongst many new Founder's Council member of TelFund. Dr. Segawa is a retired Chief Engineer in the City of Glendale, and once served in the Department of the Navy as a Consultant. After his retirement, Dr. Segawa decided to do direct selling business which enable him to meet more people daily. He also conducts training and mentoring for entrepreneurs who wants to know how to be successful in business.

Dr. Segawa, shared his testimony after receiving his Certificate and PIN as a member of the Founder's Council. According to him, when Joel Ramirez shared with him TelFund he immediately recognized the unprecedented global opportunity accorded to it. Being a Professional Engineer, he also did some computation and crunch some numbers and realized that the company is giving more commissions and bonus to the field. When he went to his back office he was surprised to see that immediately after he enrolled 3 new Distributors in two days that his commission is over $700.  He praised Mr. Jayme Amirie- CEO of the company for being transparent and honest because you can see your commission real time in your back office, unlike other companies.   

As a member of the Council, Dr. Segawa can contribute his expertise and experience in empowering other distributors and leaders to bring TelFund to the world.  

Founder's Council Strategic Planning

The Founder's Council members converge at TelFund Headquarters in Irvine, California and held their first Strategic Planning and rolled-out their action plan to aggressively expand the network presence around the country. 

This event was led by Joel Ramirez, and all participants contributed their ideas, thoughts and even resources to ensure that the organization will have massive and sustainable growth. The SWOT analysis was very helpful in identifying the KRA's or Key Result Areas that needs focus. 

The Council were also in unison in making a paradigm shift in the way they do business. Since most of the members were in a nutritional companies before, with inventories and shipping requirements but all of these were eliminated with Telfund. No inventory, no shipping of product and immediately we can do a global business.

The following Council Members decided to run with the ball with TelFund by organizing their own Weekly Business Briefing (WBB) in their respective areas, they are: Fe Alejandro, Erica Lumiqued, Remy Tamayo (Glendale); Sean Toliati (Rancho Cucamonga); Toti Valdez (Irvine); Ali Toliati (Fullerton).

The Council was also elated by the inspiring message of TelFund CEO, Jayme Amirie because of his untiring and selfless effort that an independent distributor in the US can be truly global entrepreneurs. Jayme is a well experienced executive especially in the field of telecommunications, that is why the leaders of TelFund are assured that with the cutting edge technology we have, Telfund is always one step ahead of the competition. 

It's not a dream, It's reality

Jeb Lingao is one of the pioneering Founders of TelFund International. Currently he is in the Philippines attending to his business as well as breaking ground for TelFund. Last May 5, 2009, he called Joel with his cloud nine experience.

Jeb, testified "before I slept last night I visited my back office and look at my e-wallet hence there was no significant amount of money in it. The following day when I woke-up, as if there was a force pushing me to log-in to my back office and lo and behold there was $300 commission. PBR is on a momentum

The Private Business Reception being held at the home of distributors and conducted by leaders/upline for TelFund is on the swing. It is simple and duplicable by anyone who wants to participate in the business. 

Normally a PBR is being attended by friends and neighbors between 10-12 people and the opportunity to ask questions, and clarify important things after the presentation helps the participants to have undeterred motion to be a distributor. 

To help distributors explode their business, Joel teach them the 3G marketing System that is very important for the sustainability of their business.

1. Give

Give a sample ($1.00) load to at least 5 people a day, and sign them up in the system free. 

2. Get

Get their cell phone number and follow-up.

3. Grow

The more people you talk to, the more samples you give out, the faster your business will grow.

Founder's Council Night

After the weekly Business Briefing conducted by Joel at Quality Inn - Walnut City, California, TelFund CEO, Mr. Jayme Amirie awarded the Founder's Pin and Certificate to all members of the Founder's Council. An elegant Lapel Pin that recognizes you from the rest, a pin that will have to wear by the Founders everytime they conduct their business or attend Weekly Business Briefing. 

The Founder's Council members are Grandfathered as Star Premier (second to the highest position) and entitled to receive up to 7th level commission in the compensation plan. A revenue sharing for life and other special privileges are also given as part of the leadership position. For those who wants to be Founders, you have to talk to your upline about it because it is limited.

With the roll-out of the Founder's promo and The Heat is On promo all distributors and Founders are poised to earn tremendous amount of income and with the global platform of TelFund, the ability to have a global business is just a snap of a finger.
