Trainer's Training Event

One key element of a successful marketing organization is an empowered distributor, who knows how to transfer his know-how to others and thereby replicating it. A trainer's training is an activity that precisely dealing with that necessity.

The room was filled with distributors and founders alike that wants to learn and improved their skills and get more information that they can use in expanding their business to the world. Aside from the training activities, the announcement of opening the door to elevate the Star Premier Platinum (SPP) to being a Global Founder created a huge excitement, and the very first who upgrade to GF-SPP is Melvina Thomas from Hamilton, Ontario. And Joel Ramirez- Global Expansion Coordinator decided to give his personal Founder's pin to Melvina as a gesture of appreciation for being the first.

After Joel did this, a lot of Founder followed and gave their Founder's pin as well to their leaders that signify their intention to upgrade as Global Founders. It was really a day to remember, a defining moment to a lot of participants because they learned that company is growing fast and the market place is the entire planet and they are the privilege pioneers who will bring Telfund to the world. A challenge that everybody accepted with commitment and dedication.

This is a gathering of TFI distributors and leaders that value the relationship created in the course of building the business. The Star Premier Platinum Leaders and Distributors were awarded with their certificates and pin which they proudly wore throughout the party.

This is the first and a very memorable night to everyone because it shows the unity, camaraderie and leadership. The party was full of excitement, fun, prizes and surprises. The Telfunders were able to show their dancing prowess, angelic voices rendition and most of all the blast of energy that inspired everybody to go all out for Telfund.

Joel Ramirez- Global Expansion Coordinator shared the latest development from the company and the opportunity for the Founders to be part owners of the company. The opening of 21 countries for remittances brought the house down with enthusiasm when announced by Joel.

Also, Dr. Gene shared the Seven Steps to Success that made the distributors focused on the things that they want to accomplished with Telfund. A powerful night with a powerful message.

Leadership Training in Toronto

Telfund International attracted many distributors from various Network Marketing companies in Canada and the primary reason is they can see the big difference in terms of services, commission plan and the leadership of the company.

The distributors needs empowerment, they need to be at par with the on-going global competition in the market place and be ready to conquer the world for Telfund. That is why the company initiated a Leadership Training in Toronto last October 22, 2009 and was attended by leaders and distributors from different parts of Ontario, Canada.

The leadership Training was hosted by Joel Ramirez, the Global Expansion Coordinator and the Special Guest Speaker was Dr. Gene Dillague, MD, MBA- an author, professional trainer, and a former General Manager and Chief Science Officer of one of the biggest MLM company in Utah. Dr. Gene, shared the Principles of Leadership that is very timely and needed by the distributors themselves to elevate their game to the next level.
