Early morning of Sunday March 28, 2010 Ely drove from Toronto to Montreal because his mission is to train and give some updates to the Sales Associates in Montreal that was organized by Tito Rahman. The 5 hours drive is a long drive but not with Ely who is focused in his objective of updating and training the Independent Sales Associates of Montreal.

The workshop was held at Telfund Montreal training center and Ely was able to deliver the necessary punches to strike the enthusiasm and energy of the attendees. According to Tito Rahman, "this is just the beginning and Montreal is on the roll".

Tito and Ely will also organize thefirst FSS Certification program in Montreal in April which is the activity that will help the organization to be professional and well aware of the entirety of the business.

The First Field Sales Certification program in California was held in Hilton Hotel Costa Mesa and was attended by Independent Sales Associates (Founders and Star Premiers) and was a full-house. It was organized by the corporate led by Jose Flores- Director of Sales and Customer Support.

The tandem of Jayme Amirie, CEO and Joel Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer once again deliver a home-run results. The participants were all inspired, ignited and activated to engage more in the business and lead their respective team in making everyone knows that Telfund is the best Financial- Telco business in the US that provides fast money remittance service, better exchange rates, secure and reliable and most of all they can do it at the comfort of their homes.

The certification program boost the ability of the participants to be more professional, more knowledgeable and empowered to service their customers. They also learned the parameters of the AML and other important aspects of the business. as discussed by Jayme.

The 5 E's of Leadership to Thrive in TFI business was discussed by Joel and encourage the participants to focus and implement the proven strategies for the expansion and stabilization of their respective organizations.

Field Sales Specialist Certification- Calgary

The Field Sales Specialist Certification Program is the biggest differentiator between Telfund and other companies that belong to the same industry. The main objective of this certification is to help professionalize all Independent Sales Associate (ISA) of Telfund and empower them to meet the current challenges in the Financial and Banking business.

Jayme Amirie, CEO of Telfund discussed the financial process regarding the money remittance, compliance on the Anti-Money Laundering Law, the responsibilities of the certified FSS, and other important procedural aspects of the business. The second part was handled by Joel Ramirez, Chief Global Expansion Officer, and his discussion about leadership in the marketplace that the certified FSS should understand and execute.

The participants also took the exam for the certification and there are 10 new Certified FSS in Calgary and they are committed to have 50 participants in next months FSS certification.

As an incentive to all who passed the exam and certified, every time the they verify the ID of a customer and send $100 (min.), the FSS get $25/person.

Telfund New Office in Costa Mesa California

The new Telfund Corporate Office is located at the heart of Orange County, California Business District, across the famous South Coast Mall. The office warming party was held last Saturday March 6, and was attended by guests, sales associates and friends of Telfund.

Jaymie Amirie, CEO briefed the guests about what is going on with TFI in North America and disclose to them some milestone that TFI achieve so far. Also, Joel Ramirez, Global Chief Expansion Officer conducted a business briefing followed by a video presentation of the testimonials of Sales Associates that participated on the first FSS Certification Program held in Toronto, Canada.

The excitement of our Certified Field Sales Specialist (FSS) after they attended the program conducted by CEO- Jayme Amirie and Chief Global Expansion Officer- Joel Ramirez which was held in Holiday Inn Toronto, Canada last February 27, 2010.

The historic day for Toronto is February 27-- this is when the CEO- Jayme Amirie and Chief Global Expansion Officer- Joel Ramirez, rolled out and conducted the first Field Sales Specialist Certification. The CEO discussed the importance of this program to the Money Services Business that we are doing and let them know about the different regulations of the business. While the CGEO on the other hand discussed the Principles of Leadership that will propel the growth and stability of the organization.

After the program, Jayme awarded the Stock Certificates to our new shareholders and share with them the goals and direction of the company. The new shareholders were recognized and appreciated by the CEO.

A lot of one-on-one picture taking took place with Jayme and people in Toronto are warm and loving according to Jayme. True enough that after the program, the leadership of Toronto headed by Willie Terrado and Vicky Marayag gave both Jayme and Joel a thank you card, and the next scheduled FSS certification will be on April 10, 2010 at Holiday Inn in the City of Markham.

As a certified Field Sales Specialist, every time you verify the identity of the customer and they send money at least $100 using TFI system, the FSS will receive US$25 per person. Also the company is running a contest to all FSS to be a Scholar and be a Regional Sales Specialist where they will conduct the FSS program and they will get paid for it.
